Саткынбая Тентишева, преподавательский состав, студенты проводят чествование ветеранов ВОВ, участников, тружеников тыла, проживающих в г. Кант. День Победы- это праздник воспоминаний о трудных и тяжелых днях войны. Каждый год ветеранов среди нас остается все меньше. Лишь малая часть тех бойцов, которые брали в руки оружие и шли на фронт, сегодня еще живы. Большинство стариков, которые сейчас считаются ветеранами- это люди, которые помогали фронту.
8 мая были приглашены в АзМИ ветеранов ВОВ, участников, тружеников тыла, проживающих в г. Кант. Был накрыт праздничный стол, силами студентов организован концерт, на котором студенты исполняли песни военных лет.
Перед приглашенными выступил ректор АзМИ – профессор Сельпиев Т.Т. Он отметил, что ветераны и участники ВОВ — очень сильные духом люди, так как им удалось перенести все ужасы войны, однако, несмотря на это, все они нуждаются в социальной помощи, во внимании окружающих. От имени Учредителя АзМИ всем приглашенным были вручены именные стипендии, для оказания финансовой помощи.
Выступила проректор АзМИ, кандидат медицинских наук Кушбакеева А.К. Она отметила, что ветераны и участники ВОВ заслуживают всяческого уважения. Не было бы Победы, не было бы нас с вами. Благодаря их подвигу все получили образование, поэтому мы выражаем им благодарность за их фронтовые и трудовые подвиги.
